A place that doesn't try too hard.
Ice House Store opened on Van Fleet Street with one simple idea: serve drinks that taste like they were made for someone, not something. We pull our coffee from roasters we actually visit. Our bar program leans toward the clean and memorable rather than the complicated.
It's a neighborhood joint first — a place where you can show up in whatever you're wearing, stay for five minutes or two hours, and leave feeling like you had exactly what you needed.

Coffee
Espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew — all pulled from local Houston roasters. Milk options include oat and almond. No syrup circus.

The Space
Built for the way people actually spend time.
Bar seating for solo visits or quick conversations. A couple of shared tables for groups. A back corner that works as a desk when you need it to. The lighting drops in the evening without any announcement — you'll notice.
There's music, but it never competes with the person sitting next to you.
